Coach Premium and Versa Integration

Hi there 

 

I just subscribed to coach premium and I chose a running program.

 

When I start the session on my phone I don't see anything on my versa. I want to track my heart rate and time and I can't believe fit bit coach is not in sync with the watch.

 

I can manually start a running on my versa while doing the coach training but that count as two exercises.

It's great that you got a Premium subscription and thanks for sharing that you chose a running program. About your question, let me share that the Coach workouts started on the Coach app or directly from your watch won't be displayed on the Today app on your Versa. However, every data recorded during that workout will be visible in the Fitbit app after syncing. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and please know that your feedback will help us to improve our products and services.
