I’ve been trying to cancel my premium it hasn’t ever worked it just shows an error code. There is no subscription in my settings or App Store but the money goes out of my account. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Charge 3 board to the Fitbit Premium & Coach board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about this.
About the error you are receiving, can you please provide me with a screenshot of it? In the meantime, make sure you are doing the following to cancel your subscription:
If the box shows your payment details, you purchased your subscription directly from the website. If you see an Apple iTunes, Google Play, Microsoft Store, or Amazon logo, click the logo to go to the subscription area for that account.

If I go on to Fitbit coach and click subscriptions it chucks me off the page and goes to my profile 🤷🏻:male_sign: I’m getting quite frustrated now. Can’t do it through the app either it shows an error message. Everything I’ve been told to try doesn’t seem to work ? Ugh!

If you have created an account at the Apple App Store, sign into your account and you should see your purchases of apps and purchases of subscriptions. Click on the Fitbit Coach or Premium and under the fine print you can see how to manage it...cancel the subscription there.
