Disappointed in the Fitbit Coach-Fitbit Premium Integration

Hello everyone! I wanted to express my frustration with the new integration with the Fitbit coach to the Fitbit premium. First off, I think it is a great idea to have the two apps integrated with all the workouts in one place. However, I feel that many of valuable features from the Fitbit Coach did not transfer over to premium.

For example:

1) There are no categories of workouts to choose from. On the Fitbit Coach I had the option of choosing: outdoor runs, treadmill runs, indoor workout, body weight, etc. Now, there are just broad categories of: cardio.

2) There are no more cues and time stamps for the user to see. On the coach there were specific time stamps and bar graph type maps for when the user was supposed to increase in intensity, or cool down. There was also music with the workout, and now there is just a single voice recording without any screen interaction.

3) No preview of what the workouts are. On the Fitbit coach, if you clicked on a workout it gave you a preview of each movement with timestamps so you could see if this was a workout feasible for you and what equipment you needed. Now there are no previews which makes navigating the app inefficient.

As a dedicated Fitbit user. I love the idea of the integration but I do not love the idea of it's current organization for the user. If I want to do a cardio workout, I would like to regain the option of choosing from: outdoor run, treadmill run, rowing etc. Or if I wanted to do strength training I'd like to have the option of: indoor workout, outdoor workout, weights or without weights. These were all previous features of the Fitbit coach which made it so great.

Perhaps the new integration is still in the beta phase? Either way, in my opinion this new integration is a total disappointment for someone who raved about the fitbit premium. Without the timestamps, interactive map, music, and organization I feel that I am paying for what should be a free online video.

Thank you for listening and I'm looking forward to some feedback and perhaps a good discussion.
