I was double charged by Apple and Google Play for the same FitBit Premium Annual membership, does anyone have similar experience? I thought the membership is with Fitbit, nothing to do with iTune or Google Play, but looks like maybe Fitbit charge through Apple or Google Play and things get messed up? Appreciate any advices.

When you subscribe to Fitbit Premium, you're redirected to either Google Play or Apple store, it depends if your phone is Android or Apple. I'd like you to double check that you subscribed through one of those stores and check the charges that were made.
To do so, go to the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > scroll down and tap Manage subscriptions. Your active subscriptions open in your phone's app store.
