Enter a custom activity

So it's clear to me after reading numerous previous posts that there is no way to note breastfeeding as an activity in regards to calories burned. Is it possible to generate my own custom activity to take breastfeeding into account? There's no way my calories out is even close to accurate without this. Or, in food, is there a way I could enter a custom food with negative nutritional values maybe?

@JenniferLeah   This might work for you and you don't need to create a custom activity.  It's your data and you know what it means.  Tap on the green "+" button, then Activity in the Manually log section, then type in Weights for an activity.  The start and duration really don't matter.  All the sites say that breastfeeding uses an additional 500 cal/day.  Type in 500 calories in the calories section, or a different number that you think is better.  You just need to log it once a day.

What do you think?
