I have had my Fitbit for a couple of weeks now. To begin with the Estimated Oxygen Variation graph was there each morning when I check my sleep information. A few days ago it stopped working. The "page" is there but there is no info on it. What has happened. I have tried restarting the app., and rebooting the Fitbit. Why has this happened and what else can I do? All the other sleep info is displaying as it should.
Best AnswerEstimated oxygen variation was released to a small % of users, strictly on a test basis with, no documentation. Hopefully it will be released to all users but no concrete information on that yet. There's nothing anyone can do to get it sooner, or prevent its being taken back if you had it. The only thing to do now is to wait, and be thankful you were one of the few if you did have it for a while.
@JAJ3Yes, you are really lucky to have the oxygen graph even once. Many fitbit users including myself has been waiting for it. Although fitbit has been heavily advertising this feature, it still has failed to promise on the date of delivery it. It's indeed disappointing but fingers crossed.
P.S. I hope my post won't be deleted again.
