I just want to order a new tracker with a 1 year membership and it wont let me.
I want a new tracker and a year of premium and this has been an issue that has not been resolved in 4 chats with the support line
I always get "Error Adding to Cart It looks like the Fitbit account you are currently signed in with already has a membership. Thanks for being a member! If you are trying to purchase a membership for another account, please sign in with that account before making a purchase."
website states that I am eligible - ⁴ Offer ends January 31, 2023 at 11:59PM PST. Only one Premium membership + 2-year protection plan (the "Bundle") per customer and for new and returning Premium members only.
