I understand you charge for guided programs and other features,  but I already paid for my charger and internally it logs my heart rate all the time.  It’s a rip-off that I have to pay to see something that is already there.  Basically you have that information hostage and I have to pay ransom to be able to see it.   This is very disappointing.
