Feedback about new Premium

I loved the old premium, and relied heavily on the active calories to motivate me. When they redid the premium and got rid of the 12 week program, I thought at least I would still be able to monitor my active calories, but yesterday they removed that tile. Further, I spoke to two technical support representatives who seemed to have no clue what active calories even were, which was frustrating. I’m not going to sign up for the new premium because I have my own Workout routines. I can see the value for people who don’t. Why take away perfectly good features?

Welcome to the Community @MissyNorman. Thanks for the details mentioned and the time you took to share your feedback about the old Premium.

The old Premium isn't available anymore. However, we have the new Fitbit Premium which has three main features which are Guided Programs, Insights and Fitbit Coach, you can learn more about it by checking this article: What should I know about Fitbit Premium?

I'll be around if you need further assistance.

I did the premium free week and it wasn’t for me. I already have a health and exercise program in place. I just used active minutes to challenge me day to day, and I miss them. I’m checking out Apple Watch to see if they offer more advanced features, but they probably don’t.
