Can someone or anyone please respond to case #32259567? This has been going on for 12 days now. I keep calling but it seems as no one has a clue.

I get that but how many days dies it take? No one seems to have a clue. And there is no one that i can talk to from this "special team". That's not fair at all.Robin

I have lost faith that it will get resolved. That is why i went head and bought the membership.
