Fitbit Coach v. Fitbit Premium

I currently have an Apple subscription to Fitbit COACH, at $39.99. I see where there is a Fitbit PREMIUM subscription for $79.99. I f I renew my subscription to Coach, do I receive the same benefits and programs as Premium? (I've also noticed that the only way that I have access to Coach is through my purchased apps... the only ones by Fitbit are the Aria updater and the Fitbit app...)

@SunsetRunner It's nice to see you in the Fitbit Community. I'll be happy to clarify your inquiry about Fitbit Coach and Premium subscription.

Fitbit Premium is available worldwide in English only, this is why we have Fitbit Coach which is available in more languages such as Spanish, French, German and Portuguese.

Since you're already a Fitbit Coach user, you should have access to the Fitbit Premium features too and you can continue paying the same as long as you keep your subscription active. Can you double check if you have access to Premium features by doing the following:

- Go to your Fitbit app
- Tap on Discover
- Try starting a Guided Program or a workout

Fitbit Coach could be accessed from the website too

Let me know how the troubleshooting goes. Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Thank you for your reply! Fitbit Premium does not seem to have activated on my iOS device (getting the "90 days free trial" screen); I have restored purchases, logged in and out, and can use the Coach app with no issues... suggestions?

So you can get Fitbit Coach for $39.99 and have access to Fitbit Premium, which is $79.99?  Why would anyone pay for Premium?

I don't think that is correct... when I purchased what is now known as Fitbit Premium, is was under Fitbit Coach and there was an introductory offer of $39.99, which I was allowed to continue into the next year... now it is known as Fitbit Premium, and at the $9.99/mo rate...

I'm having the same problem as the original poster. I have been a Fitbit Coach subscriber for years, recently did the Premium free for 90 days because I thought it was different. My 90 days are up and after looking here I thought I'd keep the Premium under by Coach subscription, which renewed at the end of July, but my Premium features all disappeared when my 90 days ended on September 14. Is there someone at support I should connect with?

Thank you! Between your flag and talking to someone over chat on the support page, I got this resolved and have the premium features in the app!
