I'm currently in fitbit jail for being rude to a person clearly catfishing the fitbit premium app. I can't find the email I received from fitbit when it happened and nobody can who works at fitbit has been able to help me yet. Anyone else have this experience?

I can't reply to direct messages or cheer or comment on posts on the fitbit premium app. They have restricted my account access.
Best AnswerI can talk here and in challenges but that's it. I get a message saying conversation has ended if I try to respond to a DM on the premium site. But thanks for not believing me. I'll post a screenshot and maybe your condescending attitude will get checked.
Best AnswerSorry @Athena1120376 it's the first time I've heard of Fitbit jail before. I've heard of Facebook jail but not Fitbit. From all my time on these forums, it really is the first I've heard of it here. I do know posts get removed, especially spam, so I was merely curious as to what may have happened to you.

Best AnswerOh, my bad. Lots of people are in fitbit jail. Lol we have one challenge group that's inmates so at least we can chat there with each other. I was rude to a person catfishing the app and dropped a bunch of f bombs in the dms. Fitbit decided I was the one in the wrong and tossed me into fitbit jail. Only now I can't find the email and nobody at fitbit help seems to be able to help me either. So I turned to this community forum. Sorry I was a bit of a **ahem**.
