Fitbit Inspire HR split screen then black

Hi there, 

 

My Inspire HR is no longer working. It started with the screen sliding and splitting. It still vibrates. 

The screen has now turned black, but still vibrates. I cannot see anything. 

Any help would be appreciated.

Note that I got this in December 2019. Its been 6 months of use.
