Fitbit Premium Digital River kept charging after cancellation

I have been in useless discussion with Fitbit for Weeks/months now as I cancelled my premium subscription (Nov 2022) and they kept charging me Nov - July = 8 x $14.99 = $120 and they wont repay it saying it was through a different email address which isn't true as that email address has never had any Fitbit emails ever, the renewals kept coming through my main email and my Fitbit says Premium was Cancelled. They have offered me 6 months free as compensation going forward however its not right as they are clearly faulty with their systems - Watch Out!
