Not able to subscribe to premium

So, I bought a Fitbit with a Premium subscription. I got it directly off the website. I’m in a different country but they still shipped it to me and have been taking my subscription payments. I tried to update my membership details and it won’t let me because I’m not in the USA… And then if I want to send them a query they direct me to this community page. WTF is going on? Wtf-ing customer service! If someone can get Fitbit customer service to actually help that’d be great. Cheers.
