Fitbit Premium + Google One / UK Restrictions

I hope you can help with a specific issue I have with Fitbit Premium, since it appears nobody really knows what's going on.

I purchased a 1-year Google One subscription plan from the UK with a UK payment method associated to a UK Google Play payment profile. Everything worked flawlessly for 2–3 months, and I was effectively able to use my Fitbit Premium on my Fitbit Charge 6. 

However, I had to move out of the UK one month ago to another country and - despite everything continue to work - this morning I received a message that my Fitbit Premium subscription was ended. I understand that the benefit is available only in the UK and that's fine, but I find this behaviour quite bizarre since:

- I purchased a 1-year plan, thus I should technically be eligible for Fitbit Premium for one full year; no matter where I am. 

- I am going to be returning to the UK soon. In that scenario, if my Fitbit Premium will stay inactive, I'd have paid for something that's not granted to me any more; thus I would be eligible for a full refund, I presume.

Any real suggestion on how to tackle the problem and grant my benefit again?
