Fitbit Premium gone

I have premium. Your always quick to charge me. However suddenly it isn't working.  The Twitter contact said they couldn't help and started a "case" and someone wi reach out soon. You're always on time to collect my renewal fee.... how come I can3get quick help for a service I've ALREADY paid for?
