Fitbit Premium not activating

Hi, I purchased Premium yesterday on my Fitbit app. I have a receipt from Google play store. But my Fitbit app doesn't show that I have purchased Premium yet. I cannot open any programs under Premium. Appreciate any help.

@TyChung A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

I'd like you to confirm that you're logged into the same Fitbit account that you used to purchase your Fitbit Premium from Google Play store. If you're but the subscription doesn't show then restore your purchases: 

 

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab 
     
     > your profile picture.
  2. Scroll down and tap Restore Purchases > OK.
