I have been without access to my sleep data for over 2 weeks now. Can I have access to.my sleep data without having to pay for it? I know companies have to make money. Can't you advertise, sell fitness data to insurance firms, offer a basic and premium  model which still allows access to our own biometric data? I have been a customer for more than 8 years. To have to pay for basic biometrics is insulting. Looking for a new health biometric solution. Sincerely, a churning customer.
