My sleep score doesn’t make any sense. I sleep 3 hours of disrupted sleep with 10 minutes of REM, and I get a sleep score of 63. I sleep double that amount of time with at least equally more rem sleep and I get a sleep score of something in the 70s? So no one scores below a 60? Why have a scale that large?
Also, the sleep score doesn’t seem to account for recurring problems or successes. One restless night in a week of great sleep is NOT the same thing of 3-4 hours of disrupted sleep in a week of max 6 hours of disrupted sleep.
I’ve read other q&as about this and I see that a lot of users find the sleep score inaccurate, but I haven’t yet seen anyone ask about either of those issues.
