Fitbit Premium subscription isn't working

I automatically renewed by premium account but until a week now, my app is still telling me to subscribe to it. How can I get my premium to work?

@TinaMNL Did you see a charge from Premium to your bank? Double check your subscription settings in your phone. It should tell your when you signed up and when it renews.
