hi !
Upto today i was owning a Fitbit Charge 4 and was in a Premium trial of 3 months; upto Jan 4th 2021;
today i bought the Fitbit Sense and it comes with a 6 month trial;
i cancelled my subscription on premium via google play i had (it will expire 4th of Jan 2021) and then registered the Fitibit Sense. I was expecting that i would now see the new trial of 6 months; i do not see it.
Please let me know how i can get the 6 month trial activate on my account.

Since your Fitbit Premium subscription has been cancelled but it hasn't expired, this is why you haven't received the free Premium trial invitation. About 1-3 days after your canceled subscription expires, you’ll see an offer in the Fitbit app to begin the trial.
