I have a new Versa 2 and can't add the paid Premium Sunscriotoon to it,  it has been 2 months.  I am disliking fitbit....!

In order to provide you with the correct troubleshooting please reply to the following questions: 

 

- Are you getting any error message when renewing your Premium subscription?

- Did you subscribe through the Fitbit app or through the Fitbit Store?

Fitbit has poor customer support. I don't feel that attempting to explain
my issue continuously will provide support
