Fitbit Sense premium trial hasn't activated

Good day! I receive new Sense, link with my account in app, but Premium don't started.. Why? (

Your Fitbit Premium trial will activate as soon as your Fitbit Sense is set up. Please let me know what do you see when you tap the "Premium tab".

When I click on the premium tab, I am prompted to subscribe. I have already used the trial period before buying sense. Is it now only a paid subscription?

@Estranger78 Thank you for getting back. With the purchase of Fitbit Sense, you still have access to the Fitbit Premium trial even when you have subscribed to one before. 

Please log out, force quit the app, clear the cache if you have an Android phone and then log back in. Let me know if you get Fitbit Premium on your app.

Thanks for your support, Silvia. I made it, but only with IOs app) My Android app hasn't wildcard to 6 months trial for premium.

Now all is good and Premium status showing on IOs and Android devices.
