Fitbit app isn't recognizing Premium free trial

Idk what’s going on. I noticed that my Fitbit wouldn’t always give me all my info when I synced. Recently it hasn’t been giving me my sleep heart rate and told me to sign up for premium (which I have).
so I clicked on that link in my profile. It says I get a 6 months free trial. I’m confused because we have 3 Fitbits and 3 premium accts we pay for through my apple acct and I really don’t know what’s going on. When I sign up for the 6 month trial it tells me I already have a subscription! But Fitbit isn’t recognizing it in the app and won’t give me all of my data now. How do I fix this?

Welcome to the forums, @jjjaypea.

Thanks for the information and the screenshots provided. It's odd the Fitbit app isn't recognizing your subscription, and so we can investigate what may be occurring I'd like you to get connected with our Support team. Because I'll need additional information from you that would best be shared privately, I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out.

I’ll keep an eye out for your response specifically, so please let me know once you’ve filled it out.
