I paid for fitbitcoach premium and it still shows everything as locked saying that I need to upgrade to premium.... any assistance? I have reinstalled and restarted phone and still not working.

I came here looking for an answer for the exact same issue. Just purchased Fitbit Coach Premium and still all premium stuff is still locked and it keeps asking me to get a premium account!

After I posted that about 5 min later everything was unlocked.

Same. I have this problem and I contacted Fitbit support and they told me it was because my Apple ID and my Fitbit account are set up with different email address.
