I paid for fitbitcoach premium and it still shows everything as locked saying that I need to upgrade to premium.... any assistance? I have reinstalled and restarted phone and still not working.

Same. I have this problem and I contacted Fitbit support and they told me it was because my Apple ID and my Fitbit account are set up with different email address.
