Fitbit premium free trial not working

Hi 

 

I started a 3 month free trial of premium. It is appearing in my Google play store but not in the app, when I click on premium it asks me to subscribe - can anyone help?

The same thing is happening to me and I wasted 3 days of my trial because customer service said they would help but I never got any email from them. I have tried everything, it shows up in iTunes as a subscription but then when I click on premium it tells me I need to subscribe and then gives me a message that says “oops, looks like you canceled your subscription Error Code:1002”
