Fitbit premium has not updated

I subscribed to fitbit premium at least 24 hours ago but none of the premium features have unlocked. Is this an error or should I just keep waiting?

@princeofanxiety A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for letting me know that you subscribed to Premium. 

 

Please confirm you did this procedure to activate your subscription: 

 

  1. If Fitbit Premium is available in your region, you'll see a Premium tab in the Fitbit app. Tap the Premium tab. 
  2. Read the overview, and tap the button to get started.
  3. Choose a 1-year or monthly subscription to start after your free trial, and follow the instructions to purchase.

If you purchased a Fitbit Premium subscription in your phone’s app store, but you don’t see your subscription in the Fitbit app, restore your purchase.

 

  1. n the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab 
     

     > your profile picture.

  2. Scroll down and tap Restore Purchases > OK.

I chose a monthly subscription from that tab. I attempted to restore purchases multiple times but an error always comes up.
