Dear Fitbit
You've tricked me into signing up for trial, now canceling it, is impossible.
I've contacted the customer support, they've informed me if I lost my phone and device I cannot cancel from any other means, this wasn't mentioned when I subscribed. Really disappointing fitbit.

Hi, @kinglear75! Can't you cancel from the web? I would assume that as long as you can sign onto your account you can access it.
