Hi there! Any updates on this bug? I am having the same problem as I just was invited to a Get Fit Bingo. My Active Minutes came through (as far as I could see) but both my steps and distance are off. My distance is way off.
Appreciate any updates!

Totally hear you. I should have added to my message that I tried all troubleshooting advice - rebooting app, signing in and out of app, rebooting FitBit device, restarting FitBit device to factory settings, forgetting device in FitBit, forgetting device in phone settings, so on and so forth. My activity is slowly trickling in - steps are getting more accurate as of now, but miles is way behind. Hopefully there is a fix, otherwise, this challenge will not work.

I’m having the same issues. My steps, distance, and active minutes are synced on my dashboard, but this stats are vastly different from the Bingo dashboard. I have restarted my Fitbit Inspire HR three times, deleted and reloaded the Fitbit app. I’m getting really frustrated.

I see where your frustration is coming from. Since you've tried the recommended troubleshooting but your data isn't syncing to your Challenge, please let me know the phone model, OS and Fitbit app version installed. This will help my team to further investigate this.

I started a guided program this morning that would not log the workout. It still says 0/3 for week 1. I have the Fitbit Charge2, my app is up to date, and I only downloaded Fitbit Coach this morning so I'm sure it's up to date as well.

problem with my inspire HR since April I bought it, keep messaging and
calling nothing happened I would like to replace it with newer version if
possible willing to pay to price difference. I believe the problem is with
inspire hopefully newer version is fixed idk.

My Fitbit bingo is not syncing with my actual steps. I have not flipped any tiles at all due to this. I’m having the same issue with the Adventure race. I’m currently doing valley loop and it shows as if I havnt taken any steps at all since it started.
i updated my phone, my Fitbit seems to be up to date, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it’s still not working

I cancelled premium too because of this issue. I'll put thousands of steps on, but they won't show up in the bingo app. They show up on my dashboard and on my Android app, but they don't transfer over into the bingo challenge until sometimes hours and hours later, often causing me to lose the challenge. It actually is a disincentive to participate in the challenges if the stats are incorrect.
