Google Play Store is showing not available

I am having trouble activating my 6 month free trial of premium on my Sense. When I click the tab, it says Google Play Store is not available. Can anyone help?

@Kmontgomery85 Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

I'd like you to log out from our Fitbit app, force quit it, clear cache. Also double check that your settings are properly set in Google Play Store to ensure that you could activate your trial.

I did all of that with no success. What settings in the Play Store should I be looking at to ensure that's not the problem?

@Kmontgomery85 In this case, you may want to double check that your Google Play Store's account have the correct credit card info.
