Hi, I've been having an issue with my current guided program.
I have FitBit Premium and started the program Push Up Prep through the FitBit app. I open the fitbit app to get my workout, but when I've finished it (through FitBit Coach), it does not count it towards the Guided Program. It displays 0/3 even though I selected the workout from the guided list and launched it.
I've tried re-doing the workout, and nothing changes.
I have an Inspire HR, and I only use the fitbit app to then launch the workout in FitBit coach.
I've seen posts like this dating back at least a year, and it seems like nothing has been resolved.

Best AnswerSame problem also happend to me. Have already done the Strong Resolve one as screenshot attached. But somehow Fitbit App not consider it as finished while Fitbit Coach App considered. Can you please help sylvia and update my account to consider it as finished?

@FauzanAdam @lfgalvao @som123 Hi there. Thank you for the detailed information shared.
I appreciate the troubleshooting performed prior to posting. It's recommended to do the workouts in the days chosen when the program was created. Please confirm you're doing them on those days.
Hope this helps.

Best AnswerHi @SilviaFitbit,
Yes, I am doing the workouts in the chosen days. I'm currently following the Run Training and the Intro to HIIT guided programs and I'm having the same issues in both. Fitbit Coach app records the session, but doesn't flush the data to the Fitbit app, hence none of the workouts I've done are reflected either in my Dashboard or as part of the guided programs.
Saturday was the last day that the synchronization worked for me, and hasn't worked ever since, so the latest 5 workouts have not been recorded.
Really looking forward to a solution to this.
S.
Yes im doing it on the respective day.

Best AnswerI think its still an issue as of today. Experiencing it again. When will it be fix @SilviaFitbit ? Its way too long. It such a waste on subscribing to Premium if simple things like this guide thing is not even working at all. Also Coach sync with the Fitbit app was not an issue before.
I will unsubs my Premium if by monday this wont be fix!
Best AnswerThis still seems to be a problem. I just downloaded Coach so its the most updated version. Fitbit app is updated. I've restarted my phone. I've done the first guided exercise twice now and neither one have registered on the fitbit app.
Same problem for me. Will this be fixed anytime soon?
Hi
I just tried this feature (the guided workouts) this morning, for the first time and it hasn't synced. I did originally create a schedule, so I quit the workout and re-joined. But that didn't solve the problem.
I then ran through the course again (I actually had to leave it running for 22 minutes as the skip button in Fitbit Coach doesn't work). But this new session still didn't sync back to the Fitbit app.
I'm unable to use the guided workout feature as it doesn't recognise that I'm actually completing the session and therefore I won't be able to move to week 2.
Please can you advise?
Thanks
Adam
I started a Fitbit guided program cos Fitbit Coach and did my first session today. After I rated the moves and presssd “Done” it didn’t log that I’d done it. Now it looks like I haven’t done it at all. Is there something I’m missing?
Best AnswerIs there a solution already? I have the same problem. In my case, the "Fully-Body Strong" Workout does not record the workouts and does not allow me to progress into week 2.
Exercises can be done in any order and whenever works best for the user.
I have tried the three workouts in Week 1, and none of them was recorded.
I have the latest Fitbit Coach version.
