Hi, I've been having an issue with my current guided program.
I have FitBit Premium and started the program Push Up Prep through the FitBit app. I open the fitbit app to get my workout, but when I've finished it (through FitBit Coach), it does not count it towards the Guided Program. It displays 0/3 even though I selected the workout from the guided list and launched it.
I've tried re-doing the workout, and nothing changes.
I have an Inspire HR, and I only use the fitbit app to then launch the workout in FitBit coach.
I've seen posts like this dating back at least a year, and it seems like nothing has been resolved.

I have a Versa 2. I am having the same problems like many people listed here. I signed up for the Beginner Running program in Fitbit Premium. The first workout called Strong Start automatically takes you to a workout program within Fitbit Coach. I finished this workout using the Fitbit Coach app, however, it is not being logged in Fitbit as completed. This workout is logged within the Fitbit Coach app it just doesn't seem to be syncing with the Fitbit app. The Strong Start workout is not recorded anywhere on my Fitbit Premium account. I followed your instructions above (like others), however, when I try to disable the Fitbit services within the Fitbit Coach app the slider button is greyed out and will not let me disable it. I have also uninstalled and re-installed both apps (Fitbit and Fitbit Coach) which did not work either. It's unfortunate that this capability is no longer working. I have used these built-in programs in the past just recently as a matter of fact, and they have worked. I am using an iPhone 8 with the latest iOS. It seems Fitbit has a problem here that has been an issue for over a year maybe even two years. Why are you leaving your customers hanging and not addressing this issue? Is this matter even being addressed? I see that Fitbit is working on improving their app which is great, but how about also the fixing bugs with it. Your thoughts would be appreciated. Sandy H.

I apologize for responding as I am a new user, but I am having the same problem, which is really frustrating. When it worked well it was amazing!! Hoping they can fix this bug soon. I have logged in and out of both apps, Uninstalled and re-installed, re-started all my devices, let workouts run... and nothing....

There are no new updates on the Fitbit or Coach apps currently for Android. I just finished a workout 2 hs ago, but the problem still persists, it appears on Coach activity list, but not in Fitbit and the workout is not marked as completed 😞

It still hasn’t worked for me on iOS. Both apps on latest updates. Workouts done on specified days. It is really frustrating that these two apps can’t talk to each other, that it has been an ongoing issue for years, and that any solution takes so long. Fitbit is not a small company. Please invest the resources and solve this once and for all. Thanks

I'm following the guided program "Get Lean" and I don't think this program includes specific days in which i have to do my workouts. The problem still persists and I don't have any updates in my PlayStore.

Same issue! I just started a series and downloaded the coach app because I had initially tried doing fitbit health coaching and to my dismay the coach all but refused to actually conversate with me. I tried canceling the free trail and couldn't get an answer but this is just as frustrating, why do workouts that won't show as completed?! I see them in my sessions logged but it doesn't sync as completed and shows 0 sessions. 😞 Super sad

I’m having the same issue. Completed my first exercise yesterday and it is not counted toward my weekly goal. I’m on an iOS.

I have been having this issue since 1st April - annoying as I love seeing all my sessions logged in one place. I have removed and re-established the link between Fitbit and Fitness Coach but workout sessions in Coach still do not sync in with Fitbit app. All sessions DO seem to get recorded and retained in coach though!
Would really like this fixed.

I am having the same problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, turned my phone off and back on. The program I am doing says I can do the workouts on any day - just need to do 3 per week. But the fitbit app still does not show that I've completed a workout, even though the fitbit coach app shows that I have. It does not seem like this problem is resolved.

I'm having this same issue suddenly and its very discouraging. I was debating getting a new device but if its not syncing its useless for me to upgrade. Everything worked fine until I did my fit test and starting paying for the subscription. The coach app shows my workouts in the list for lifetime workouts but it does not update the number of workouts done nor the time. My workouts are also no longer syncing with my Fitbit app and I am unable to revoke permission to the Fitbit app on the Coach app because the slider is greyed out. Please help me. I just set up an entire gyms with several pieces of equipment and its very discouraging that this wont sync.

After completing session they don't save as completed. Tried signing out and back in to both Fitbit and Fitbit Coach app. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still same issue.

It doesn't work. If I run, since my watch record it so it will log it in, but if I do bodyweight workouts, it wont.
Could you please address this problem?

If the bodyweight workouts that you're doing are Fitbit Coach workouts and they don't count in your Guided Programs, our team is aware of this and working towards a resolution.

I’m having the same issue still all workarounds tested, apps removed, access revoked. Trainings done on the scheduled dates and app are up to date - what else can you do to fix this?

Guys it's still not working. I have Fitbit versa. I complete my program day1 but its still not showing on Fitbit dashboard. I can see the coach app

I had this happen to me yesterday on the guided program from beginner running. I completed all 3 workouts on week one and for some reason it wouldn’t recognise my workout yesterday at the start of week two. My set days are Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. I also have premium and did the workout via fitbit coach. My device is up to date. I did the workout on the correct day. Fitbit coach shows the date and time i did the work out but this hasn’t synced over to the guided program. I have done everything i can think of. As you can imagine this is quite off putting for someone just starting out. It really helped having the workouts logged to show my progress to keep me motivated.

Hello,
My workouts are still not registering in my Fitbit app from Coach, including my workouts for the push-up program. I checked to make sure there were no updates pending for both apps, and they are both up to date. Am I missing something or is there something else I should try?
