How do I activate the 3-month subscription that comes with Versa 2 ES?

Hello,

 

I activated my free week trial when it was first offered about 2 weeks ago and allowed the auto renewal to activate. Since then I decided to get a Versa 2 Special Edition that comes with 3 months free Premium which was delivered today. How do I activate the free months that I get with this purchase?

It's great to see you around @Dentrassi42. I'm glad to hear that you bought a Fitbit Versa 2 Special Edition. 😀

 

You will need to set up your Versa 2 SE in the app to access the 3-month trial, you'll see the 7-day trail until then. 

 

Additionally, you can learn more about Fitbit Premium here and check Fitbit Versa 2 Product Manual

I have had my SE Versa 2 set-up since Tuesday and I still only see the one week trial option. Do you know how long it takes for the 3 month option to appear?

Hello. Thanks for your reply. I have already setup my Versa2 in the app as it was a replacement for my Blaze with which I had activated my 1 weeks trial(as explained in my first message). My iOS subscription still says that the next payment will be next month so does not show a three month period until next payment. How do I activate the 3 months of Premium which comes with my new Versa 2 Se? Thanks.

I contacted customer service yesterday.  There is currently a team working to resolve the 3-month Premium Subscription issue for the Special Edition Versa 2.  They recommended keeping the Fitbit App and Versa 2 Device updated so there won't be any delay when the resolution becomes available.

Hey there @Dentrassi42. Thanks for the extra details mentioned. When you're setting up your Fitbit Versa 2 SE, it should automatically give you the 3 month trial. I would like you to continue using the first month you have, I believe it will update month after month. If it doesn't, you can always contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

I set up my Versa 2 SE and don't see anywhere where I can get my 3 months.... tried to contact customer service and they say they cannot help me

Hi Silvia,

Having waited to see what would happen to my rolling subscription when it was up for renewal on the 16th October I can confirm that the IOS subscription now says next payment will be 16th November - i.e. the 3 months free subscription has not activated.

 

Any further updates on when this will be fixed?

Fitbit Premium is currently available in English only, with more languages and regions coming soon. Once you set up your Fitbit Versa 2 SE, your Fitbit Premium should show on your Fitbit app. Could you let me know if you're still not seeing Fitbit Premium?

I just set up my versa 2 and I'm having the same issue, I only see the 7 day trial 😕

@HannahHarrelson Thanks for the details mentioned. You'll receive a 3 month Premium Subscription if you have the Versa 2 Special Edition.The only difference will be that Versa 2 Special Edition includes Fitbit Pay and a premium band.

Hi, I just bough a Versa 2 SE too today, but I can't even see the free trial of 7 days. They ask me to purchase directly one month or one year. So how can I get the free trial of 3 month?

Currently Fitbit Premium is available in some regions, I've noticed our Support team mentioned you're located in a country where Premium isn't available yet. I am also running into this issue - live in the US. I purchased and linked to my app the Versa 2 SE but it is still only showing the 7 day option for a free trial. Please advise how I can proceed to get my 3 month trial. Thank you!

I am having the same issue. Today,  I just purchased the Versa 2 special edition and I do not have the option to opt in to the 3-month trial for premium.

I'm running I to thr sa.e issue. Just bought and set up my versa 2 special, it offered the 3 mo. And I tried to activate it, and the app just closed. Then, I tried to go back in  And now it only offers a week. I'd really like to try the 3 month as advertised
