How do I switch Health coaches?
I signed up for the Health Coach program, completed the questionaire, paired with a coach, answered the questions she sent on day one. Yesterday I asked when do we get started. No answer. This is day three and my board still states my plan is coming. I reached out again this morning, six hours ago, and no response. I would like a coach that places a plan in place.

Contact Support and let them know if your coach as not been in contact with you. The only other way is to contact you coach which is not working for you
Most if not all coaches do not work weekends or holidays. Coaches shouldn't be back in communication until Tuesday.
Wish I had more info for you as you've already been waiting several days beforehand. To some extent I believe their coaching staff is hit or miss and Fitbit should probably follow up with participants occasionally outside of the coach to see how things are going and how the partnership is.
