Every time I  click on "try premium" it takes me to the page and the overview but has no button to click start trial.

Where do I find the Discover tab? Which program, iOS, on the Versa2 or in my browser?

Best Answer

Welcome to the Community @Glennfit. Thanks for the details mentioned.

You will find the Discover tab in your Fitbit app, it will be the same procedure for iOS and Android. You can learn more about it by checking this article: What should I know about Fitbit Premium?

Hi,

In order to start my trial period, I've bought the annual subscription. The problem is I still don't have access to the premium content. Is there anything else that needs to be done?

Thanks.

Best Answer

@TNSouza  A warm welcome to the Community. Thank you for letting me know that you've bought the annual subscription.

If you purchased your subscription in your phone's app store but you're still not seeing your subscription on the Fitbit app, restore your purchase:

To restore your subscription purchase:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab

     > your profile picture.

  2. Scroll down and tap Restore Purchases > OK.

Let me know the outcome. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Hi Silvia,

Unfortunately, it didn't work. It shows an error message saying "Something
went wrong. Please try again later".

Don't do it, it sucks...  I have had a trial and didn't even know there was a whole new webpage for premium.  Why? would they do that?  I think it is to create confusion and prevent people from using and for sure to prevent people from Canceling.  the only reason I got here was I had to google to figure out how to cancel this crap before they charged me.  That means I had a premium trial that went completely unused the whole time as they never told me how to even us this crap service.!!!

Had all the same issues as you, I uninstalled the app from my phone and then reinstalled. It now says fitbit premium at the top and the premium icon has gone from the bottom. Hope this helps 🙂

I've been using my Inspire HR since June 7th and still can't access the premium options under the Discover tab. My subscription shows trial.

@Sandburg68 A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.

Please confirm you did this procedure to purchase your Premium subscription. Once your subscription has been activated, you should see workouts and Guided Programs unlocked on the Discover tab.

To better assist you, please reply to the following questions:

- Which store did you use to purchase your subscription? (Android or Apple)

- Did you receive the "90-day Free trial" option?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
