I can't cancel my premium subscription. When it says manage subscription Fitbit does not show up! How can I cancel this? I'm on an android Samsung note 11 phone. Thanks in advance ☺

Hi,
Same problem. I just live chatted Fitbit and it seems I have to do that again before the expiry date of the free trial to cancel. I didn’t know the date as the trial was automatic on preorder of a device so they could tell me that too.
