I have been a loyal customer and had upgraded 3 times myself. I have also bought several fitbit devices to family members and I dont feel the need of "update your tracker" ad. please remove this. its completely unnecessary and annoying.

I have no idea how to remove the ads but I hate it.  If I wanted Premium I would click on the little arrow at the bottom and get it.  I find being forced to watch these ads, receipts, etc. is not what I signed up for.  I do not like pressure sales.  Please fix this because I see it as a problem not an advantage.

I want to make it so that it NEVER comes back.  Its incredibly irritating.  If I don't want premium i don't want premium.  I don't need to be reminded of Premium every time I open the app - because I don't want premium.  Guess what I don't want premium.  Can you see how annoying it is to keep saying Premium?  So why don't you stop having the Premium banner once I've told you i don't want Premium

Well duh hit the x button- i think what he meant is he already paid a lot of money for this device, has no intention of paying a subscription based fee and never will, and and the pushy pop up ad is so god **ahem** annoying he is regretting his purchase due to how little fitbit cares about the user experience.

This guy keeps getting his input removed but my guess is he is not happy either and is being censored while falsely claiming it’s not relevant to the topic.

The x does not remove the add.  Perhaps the hit area is too small for my mini 12.  It is incredibly annoying.  Considering the cost of the device it is a serious negative user experience.

I agree -- this is my last fitbit. So annoying to have to deal with constant upsell. If I say no, don't ask me again. In particular, don't ask me again tomorrow, and the next day, and the next.

The x button seems to be inactive. Clicking it does nothing.

@RicardoFitbit  Can you please tell me how to close this new and EXTREMELY intrusive ad after I have read it?

[I tried to ask this question elsewhere but I was apparently misunderstood and dismissed.]

I haven't been subjected to that version premium nag yet, thankfully.  I wonder if clicking the learn more link once might help?

I tried that and it launched me into some kind of lengthy presentation about some kind of thing with "sleep animals."  As though they were giving me another reason to NOT want Premium.

Thanks for posting the screenshot.  I am pretty sure this is a google idea - leave it there long enough and people will ignore it or it will work.  Even my very best ad blocker wont get rid of it.  Has anyone else noticed it is like the Russians invading Ukraine? No one seems to be able to stop them.  Had a Fitbit of some sort since 2015.  This finished me.

There is no X on the ad taking up over 1/4 of my sleep playout page. And the night it appeared my Versa 2 didn't record ANYthing to make room for the ad. I'm livid.

No X. Try again Ricardo.  Banner is still there and even if I work my way through the "learn more" screens NO WAY TO ESCAPE.

I've clicked through every "learn more" screen until I only had the join option left. NOTHING.  Closed/opened ap--checked for updates--shut down the phone and re-synced several times. Nothing but growing ANGER that I'm being pestered with ads taking up screen real estate.  This is my 5th or 6th Fitbit but it may be time to choose another device. The worse part is that the night it updated to apply the ad, the ap didn't record ANYTHING for sleep--big blank space!!

PLEAS persuade Fitbit to delete ads from the main pages of the screen playouts.

Wrong! No x and no ad relief!!!

Time to ditch the Fitbit and find something from a company that has some sense! You're driving us away!
