That my screen broke only 3 months after purchasing my fitbit sense. Thankfully before I got charged for fitbit premium. I'm glad because it revealed to me just how much confidence fitbit has in their own devices/products. You see, they don't cover screen damage. Not at all. Says a lot about what they think of their smartwatches. What is truly concerning about how my screen broke is this.. I have no clue what happened. I took my sense off to charge, when I went to put it back on the screen was spider webbed all the way across. I live by myself, so nobody else did anything to it. So the sense screen can't handle sitting on a countertop while charging?
You see, what makes me truly upset about this is this.. I baby my tech devices, I don't take chances at damaging them because quite frankly, I can't afford to replace them constantly.. I didn't even wear this sense in places it could get wet for crying out loud. If I was working on something where I was putting my hands/arms in confined areas.. off came the sense. And yet.. Just 3 months after buying, the screen shattered. So like I said.. so glad this happened before I started paying for premium.
