I'm chronically sleep deprived (night owl with day job) and despite the app telling you that a lack of sleep over many nights impacts Readiness Score, and that you should sleep at least 7-9 hours a night, my Recent Sleep consistently reports a High bar, even though it also shows me averaging under 6 hours of sleep a night!

I have the same issue 😕. I even tried deleting my readiness data and resetting. When it calculated again, it still keeps saying my sleep component is "high"-- even when I have a week of 4-hour sleep nights.
So I guess this feature is just useless for me.
