So I currently own a Pixel watch 3 which came with its own 6 month trial of fitbit premium. It hasn't been a complete month since, and now I am thinking of purchasing Pixel 10 Pro XL which itself comes with a 6 month fitbit premium. Would it be possible for me to use the 6 month premium from Pixel 10 Pro XL on top of my current existing trial?

@ChiragSuthar you absolutely can do that! You can cancel the trial for the Pixel Watch 3 before its end date. You'll still get the full six months for free, but it won't renew after that. After that trial ends, you'll be able to activate the trial that comes with the phone. It may take a few days for that to become available.
