So I've been a long time user of Fitbit. I've used Gmail for that account. I recently bought a new Sense and it automatically synced to my Gmail account.
I can't get into that Gmail anymore, and was told by a fitbit rep to just start a new fitbit account with a new email. That's fine except I was charged through fitbit for the premium service under the Gmail address that I can't access. And I have reached out to fitbit multiple times and have not gotten any help, only suggestions to cancel it under the email that I can't access. I am seriously frustrated
