No Product Found when purchasing Premium

When I try to activate premium on my new fitbit charge 6 it says "There is no product found that can be purchased." what does this mean? I should be able to activate my 6 month free trial. Thank you

@Rosie1909 and @Link2001 Thanks for letting us know about the issue you're getting. I understand where you're coming from and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. So we can work on this together, could you confirm if you have an active Premium account?

If not, please give a try to the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app and force quit the Fitbit app
  2. Reboot your phone
  3. Open the Fitbit app and log in to your account
  4. Try subscribing to Premium one more time as described here
