Premium Extension with New Purchase?

I purchased my first Fitbit last April and was given a year of Premium. Unfortunately my Fitbit was damaged in an accident and I had to buy a new one last August. Both devices came with a year of Premium but last month when my original premium expired I didn't receive an extension. Was the premium only for first time purchase or should I have asked for an extension because I purchased 2?

Hi there, @DylanPattyn514. Welcome to the Fitbit community forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Premium Subscription.

For the free trial that you get when buying a new device, there is no limit of usage. You can redeem as many trials as devices you buy. What you need to take in mind is that the Subscription is auto-renewal so, if your current subscription ends, and you don't get auto-renew, it's because for some reason your subscription was cancelled.

In this case, what I recommend doing is set up for your brand-new device and follow the instructions of "How do I purchase or start my trial of Fitbit Premium?".
