I'm angered and close to quitting. I do not remember the date or amount I paid and I have not been able to retrieve this information. This seems as though it's puposly made difucult to find.

Best AnswerHi @SunsetRunner check your emails that you use when signing up and ask your credit card company for help in finding that information. Fitbit isn't trying to make things more difficult for you. Check and see if you can find anything on an old credit card statement. Did you get Premium when you first purchased your device?
