When I opened up the app on my iPhone, the usual button to access premium was gone. My premium account is good through Oct of this year. What's up? My user name is jayzenner.

I'd like you to confirm that you've installed the latest Fitbit app version on your iPhone. Then log out from the app, force quit it and log back in.
