Hi, so I cancelled my premium subscription and have the confirmation from google play however it's still showing as premium in my app. How can I remove this?
I have tried the following;
Logging out
Uninstall
Force stop
Has anyone got any idea?
Will it just drop off next month when a new bill month cycle starts?

I see where your disappointment is coming from. It sounds like your subscription was purchased through Fitbit.com instead of your phone default store. Since you already have a case with our Support team, it's recommended to continue the communication with them, this to avoid any confusion.

I cancelled my subscription during the free trial but I’ve been billed twice for it. Tried to cancel again through the app, online and in the App Store but it’s not showing any subscription as it has already been cancelled. How do I stop being charged and get a refund? Thanks

Fitbit makes it very difficult to cancel, if all else fails and they bill you again, call your bank and file a dispute.
