Premium did not come back when I uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone. How do I get it back without paying double?

I'd like you to make sure that you're logged into the same account that you did when the app was uninstalled. I've noticed some users accidentally create another account, either by a entering a similar account or a typo on the email address entered.

I have same issues.. I did not change anything in my account when I reinstalled, but still am not getting my premium features.. please advise!!

@askt Hi there. Thanks for the details mentioned.
In order to confirm that you're logged into the same account as previous, please go to the main screen of the app and tap on your profile picture, there you'll see the date that you joined. If it says that you joined recently, this might not be the correct account, in this case you may want to log out and log back in again with the correct email address.
