Premium dropped mid-subscription

This morning when I synced my Fitbit it did not display any of the premium features and wants me to subscribe, despite my annual subscription not being over until January 2022 (which is listed under iOS settings under “‘memberships”). How can I get my Fitbit and app back on premium?

Problem solved, no more issues

Turns out it didn’t. In my iOS settings I am activated and the app still shows me as not having premium. Trying to restore purchases but nothing yet.
