Unable to activate Fitbit Premium free trial

Hi, 

 

I have been trying to activate my free trial from last one month but I am not been able to do so...everytime I am trying to make the payment it's showing error ( though my card is working perfectly fine)...

I'd like you to make sure you're following this procedure to purchase your subscription: 

 

  1. Tap the Premium tab.
  2. Read the overview, and tap the button to get started.
  3. Choose a 1-year or monthly subscription to start after your trial, and follow the instructions to subscribe.

In order to provide you with the appropriate troubleshooting, let me know the error message you're getting and if you received a trial with your Fitbit watch/tracker purchased.

I have followed this procedure multiple times, but unable to get through payment method. I have got 90 days premium subscription but every time I am selecting the subscription it's asking to put in card details and when I am doing so an error is coming that your payment didn't go through please use different method

I appreciate the time spent troubleshooting this. Since you mentioned that you're trying to activate the 90-day free trial, let's try purchasing it through the Fitbit official store
